This object is our free interpretation of classic design opticals from the ’60’s and its shape is slip-cast in a plaster mould where we pour a liquid clay mixing that, once dried, it is then fired for the first time.
The decoration features two more firing processes, one for the white background and the second for the black. The geometrical pattern is achieved with a wax resist mask that is then removed before last firing.
